Psychotherapy is about change. In most places, the commonly-held belief is that psychotherapy is for people who have something wrong with them. This is not, in fact, true.
What is true is that many people seek to maintain the status quo when they feel good, and look to change things that make them feel bad. If you have found your way to this page, chances are that you are feeling bad about something, someone, or some situation in your life. Whether you're having problems with your job, your significant other, or with being single, I can give you the support you need to change your situation.
